Storage & Shelf Life
How to keep this powder stable batch to batch
Airtight container, room temperature
1 Year
Keep It Sealed
Store under cool, room-temperature conditions with the container tightly closed. Keep away from oxidizing agents and strong acids.
Minimize Dust When Handling
Avoid generating airborne dust and keep away from ignition sources — fine dust dispersed in air can be a potential dust explosion hazard. Use a respirator if handling larger quantities.
Test Stability at Higher Use Levels
It can be added directly to most creams or liquid soaps at 0.5%. If going higher, test for stability first, since separation can potentially occur.
Test Before Scaling
Run a small batch first to confirm dispersion and stability in your specific formulation before committing to a full production run.
