Qualifying Orders #
An order will automatically have free shipping applied if the cart has a sub-total of $250.00 of qualifying items. No code is needed. If the cart contains a mixture of qualifying and non-qualifying items, then shipping charges will only be calculated for items that do not qualify.
Qualifying Items #
To determine if an item qualifies for free shipping, look for the Free Shipping icon on the product page. Most items qualify for free shipping. However, there are a few exclusions: smaller quantities of containers, jars, and closures. Pictured below is the Free Shipping icon and an example of it on a product page.
Shipping Method and Exclusions #
Non-freight orders that qualify for free shipping will use UPS Ground. Free shipping is only available for contiguous United States and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or American Samoa. Freight orders will use a transit freight company.
