Shelf Life
This product has a shelf life of 1 year from the date of manufacture when stored properly.
Store in a Cool, Dry Place
Keep containers at 60–80 °F (15–27 °C), away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid storing near windows, radiators, or in vehicles.
Keep Containers Sealed
Always replace lids and caps tightly after each use. Exposure to air can introduce contaminants and accelerate degradation.

I used one pound of scrub and added one pound of granulated sugar. I added 2% fragrance oil. The sugar completely dissolved. Is it still safe to use or will this affect the preservative? -
Hi Anneliesa, if your sugar was cosmetic grade it should be fine. If not, it could have contaminated the base. I would start over, as if the sugar was not irradiated it could start growing bacteria in the future. The base does have preservative, but your high percentage of sugar may have overpowered it, and adding more preservative after the fact will not work.

Can I use this scrub on my face to exfoliate during a facial? -
Good Morning, Queen, walnut shell is not recommended for use on facial skin due to the irregular sometimes jagged shape of the particles. You are better off using poppy, jojoba, or strawberry seeds, as they are smooth. Thank you
