Drum Rush Order

When purchasing larger quantities, there may be instances where the stock of bulk drums available on the floor is insufficient to allocate to your drum order while maintaining an appropriate reserve for fulfilling gallon and pail requests.

In such cases, we need to add a run of that batch to the production schedule in order to fulfill your order.

Our production schedule is a complex orchestration that involves ensuring material availability and arrival times, optimizing the use of tank time slots, coordinating the compounding staff, and conducting comprehensive quality control testing.

By obtaining the Batch Priority Pass, your order receives priority within our normal production schedule instead of being queued at the end.

Important Considerations

The Batch Priority Pass does not impact the transit time of your order. Drum and pallet orders typically require freight transit. Read mor about freight and pallet orders.

 

Please be advised, the DRUM RUSH service places your order at the front of the cue, giving it top priority. It does not expedite shipping, nor have any bearing on raw material lead times, which may affect production/processing.
