How much would you recommend to add to luxurious bath base when Ising .96oz of fragrance to a gallon sized batch to thicken up white runny consistency. These fragrances do follow the uncut pureness featured in recommendations. Thanks! -
Hi Farren, can you please let us know exactly which fragrances you are experiencing this with and where you purchased them? The Luxurious Shower Gel can generally take a full 1% Cosmetic Grade FO without thinning or clouding. If your base is turning white, it sounds as if it is either overloaded or the FO is not compatible. In this case, you will want to try to correct it by adding a solubilizer such as Polysorbate 20. If you are able to eliminate the cloudiness, then you can try to thicken using Crothix, which can be added at up to 8%, but you will want to test in smaller increments to determine how much you need to thicken the base to its original viscosity.
