Description

Walnut Shell Powder

Walnut Shell Powder is made for body applications, by grinding them down to fine particles and sterilized. The light brown particles are clearly visible in a cream and ideal as a body exfoliant. Walnut shells are extremely hard and do not break down in the product, therefore making them a highly effective natural body scrub capable of removing even thick deposits of dead surface skin. Walnut shells can be used in a wide range of natural skin care applications, body scrubs, skin cleansers, peeling creams and lotions, and other body exfoliants.

Please be advised that special care should be taken when exfoliating your face with any abrasive material, including walnut shells, as you risk damaging the thin skin of your face. If you choose to use as a facial scrub or exfoliant, it is not recommended to use on the face more than 3 times per week and additional care should be taken around the eyes. Always take note of skin reactions and discontinue use if irritation, excessive redness or swelling occurs. Used correctly, walnut shell powder is an incredibly effective and mild addition to any facial and body scrub, lotion or cream.

Usage

A excellent additive for bars of soap, scrubs, or face washes. A mild exfoliant with mild abrasiveness.
