Excellent lightweight Gel Moisturizer Base for DIY

Has become a staple in my small-business skincare formulating practice. Excellent base cream product for adding actives to. To my knowledge, it is the ONLY truly lightweight, gel type (oil-free) moisturizer base easily accessible on the market. I have tried a range of cream bases – everything from MakingCosmetics, Ingred to Die For, Bulk Actives – and even the “lighter” geared ones are far too heavy for anyone under 60. This is the lightest, most hydrating gel moisturizer (reminds me in richness to that of Neutro***** HydroBoost Water Gel or Clini*** Dramaticall Diff Moisturizing Gel) suitable for even the oiliest skin types (ideal for adolescent skin).
