We are so excited to share this soap recipe with you, inspired by pride month and the beginning of summer! The colors of the rainbow are to show support to the LBGTQ+ community and our Cabana scent is an amazing fragrance that transports you right to the beach! Let’s get started on this amazing recipe!
Materials:
- Loaf soap mold
- Mixing tools/utensils
- Heat safe bowls
Instructions:
- Cut and measure out 3 lbs of our White Melt & Pour Soap
- Divide the Melt & Pour Soap Base evenly into six 1/2lb parts
- Melt 1 part of your soap base in the microwave for 30 second increments until completely melted
- Mix in 1 tsp of Cabana Fragrance Oil
- Mix in the Liquid Soap Colorant (Violet) a few drops a time until your desired hue is reached
- Pour your scented and colored soap base into the mold and allow to cool completely. If you have bubbles on the top of your soap, you can spray them with alcohol to get rid of them.
- Repeat steps 3-6 with each color of the rainbow, you can use the photos below as a guide to the color order.
Your soaps are ready for immediate use or packaging. Happy Pride Month!
