Halloween is coming up, and what goes better with Halloween than candy corn? That’s why we wanted to create a bath bomb that both looks and smells like candy corn. Bath bombs can seem intimidating to make at times, but with our Bulk Fizzie Powder Base, it is easier than ever to get perfectly pressed shapes.
Materials:
- Bowls for mixing
- Mixing tools
- Bath bomb molds
- Measuring cups and spoons
Instructions:
- Measure your Bulk Fizzie Powder Base into a large bowl
- Mix in the Fractionated Coconut Oil and Candy Corn Fragrance Oil
- After thoroughly mixed, separate into 3 bowls. They don't have to be exactly equal, an estimate is good
- Mix in 1-2 tsp of the liquid orange colorant in one bowl and the liquid yellow in another. It was easier for me to mix this with my hands in order to fully incorporate the color
- If you are using a traditional bath bomb mold, fill one half with yellow and the other half with white. Press the powder down gently with hands
- Overfill both sides with the orange fizzie powder
- Carefully press both sides together, there should be some powder coming out the sides of the mold
- To unmold, gently pull apart the mold sides. The bath bomb should be able to fall gently into your hands. If it is stuck, put the mold back together and carefully tap on the top and bottom of the mold
- Allow your bath bombs to solidify by air drying for 6-8 hours
- Your bath bombs are ready to use or be wrapped in plastic/shrink wrap
