  1. Heat our Lotion Bar Base on low via the stove top or over a double boiler, making sure to constantly stir to ensure it does not burn.
  2. Once the base is melted, turn off the heat source, add the Fir Needle pure essential oil and mix well.
  3. Finally, add the poppy seeds to the mixture, stir, then quickly pour it into molds.
  4. Let the bars cool completely before removing them from the molds. Keep in mind the poppy seeds are going to sink to the bottom or float to the top.

  1. Mix the Fir Needle Essential Oil with the polysorbate 20 at a 4 to 1 ratio.
  2. Add the mixture to the gallon or bottle and shake it well.
  3. Once it is all shaken up, it is ready to go into your bottles.
