2. Mix 1 part Panthenol to 1 part Deionized Water (measure by weight, not volume) until completely dissolved.
3. Once fully dissolved, add dilution into your base and mix thoroughly until fully incorporated.
4. Only dilute the amount of Panthenol you will need to avoid storing and possible cross-contamination. If you do choose to save the excess dilution for further use, please ensure that dilution and materials used are sanitized and that a preservative is added to prevent bacterial growth.
