Essentials by Catalina does not charge any packing or handling fees; only the exact UPS cost to ship your order. Orders placed online by noon PST Tuesday through Thursday generally ship within 48 hours, once your payment has been verified and cleared. While we do our best to get all orders out in a timely manner, customized product is made to order and may take additional process time. Please review your shipping address before placing your order. Address corrections for missing or incorrect information will incur a $15.00 UPS intercept fee, as well as a return shipping cost if the order is returned to us.

Items Qualifying for Free Shipping

Free shipping to the contiguous United States (excludes AK, HI, and international) is offered for orders containing $250 or more of qualifying items, no discount code is required. Full cases of bottles and containers, including the selected closure, also ship for free regardless of the order amount, but do not contribute to the $250 minimum. Items qualifying for free shipping are: bases, fragrances and essential oils, certain raw materials, and more. All items that qualify for free shipping will be denoted by the free shipping banner on the product page. While you may have both qualifying items, full cases of bottles and containers, and non-qualifying items in your cart, only qualifying items count towards the $250 minimum, and shipping charges will apply to the non-qualifying items in your cart.

Domestic Shipping

Orders are generally shipped from our California warehouse within 48 hours of receiving payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipments may be tracked by going to Order Status in your account. Please allow extra ship time during sale periods or holiday seasons. Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Will Call Pick Up

Our manufacturing facility is open for will call pick up by appointment only. Will Call orders must be placed online 24 hours in advance and paid in full. Please allow 48 hours for orders containing customized bases. This allows our staff to pull, package, and customize your product. Once an order has been placed, paid and sent to the warehouse, it cannot be modified. Appointments can be arranged by selecting "Pick Up @ Warehouse" shipping option when checking out and selecting a preferred pick up day and time during our operating hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through Thursday. We are closed between 1pm and 2pm for lunch. The "Pick Up @ Warehouse shipping option will display dates and times relative to the order placement that meet the above criteria. Orders must be picked up within 14 days of ordering. Orders not picked up will be shipped. UPS costs will apply.

International Shipping

International orders must be shipped to a U.S. freight forwarder. Payments accepted on non-US orders are via bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal – as long as the freight forwarder is listed as a confirmed PayPal address. Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer's responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions.
