We apologize that you were not satisfied with your purchase. For your convenience we do accept returns within 30 days of your receiving your order.

Products must be returned in their original condition. Returns are only accepted for unscented and non-customized bases that are unopened with the original seal still intact. Bottles, containers, closures and bath accessories must be returned in complete sets. Samples of any product, closeout products, surplus products and fragrances are not accepted for returns. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Products that originally qualified for free shipping will have the shipping charges deducted from the refund amount. If your return disqualifies your order from our free shipping promotion, applicable ship charges will apply to the order. We encourage you to order samples prior to committing to larger quantities to allow for performance, compatibility and safety testing.

How to Request a Return

  1. Sign into your account and under My Orders, select the order containing the items you would like to return by clicking on the "view order" link.
  2. Click on the "REQUEST RMA" on the top right side of the page.
  3. Please note that the REQUEST RMA option will only be shown if the order is still within the return policy time frame.
  4. On the Returns page, select the items and quantity you would like to return. Then answer the questions on the page. If a product is faulty, please provide details to help us improve it.
  5. Agree to the Return Policy by checking the agree box and click submit.
  6. After receiving approval of the return via email, click on "Print Label" and include it in the return shipment.
  7. After you have shipped the package to our facility, click on "Confirm Shipping" to let us know you sent the package.
  8. Your returns can reviewed by clicking on the RMA button in your account.


We do not accept exchanges due to the high volume of orders we receive and the availability of our inventory.
