Placing an Order

  • Step 1 By clicking the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart, you will be taken to our checkout form detailing your billing information, shipping method, and payment information. If you already are a registerested customer you can log in here. If you do not already have an account registered one can be created by checking the create account box.
  • Step 2 Choose which shipping method you would like to use for delivery. For more details on our shipping policies read our shipping information page.
  • Step 3 Choose a method of payment and enter your payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments.
  • Step 4 To complete your order, take a moment to review the items in your cart and verify that all your information is correct. Then after reading and agreeing to our terms and conditions, click on the "Place Order" button. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and you will receive an email confirmation of your order details.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as various PayPal payment methods. We additionally accept bank transfers and Western Union. Note, only Paypal payments with a verified customer address are accepted. For information about international orders visit our shipping information page.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to and within California. If you have a seller's permit for tax exemption, you can file your permit with us by filing out a General Resale Certificate (BOE-230) and emailing the certificate and your selleter's permit to us at [email protected] or faxing it to us at 951-674-4408

Once you have filed your permit, with us your account will be made tax exempt. You must place orders by logging into your account to reciece the tax exemption. If you check out as a guest or create a new account, taxes will apply.

Placing an Order by Phone

We are happy to take your order quickly by phone. Note, orders placed by phone require additional processing time whereas orders placed online are processed and directed to the warehouse immediately.

Verification and Shipping

When placing your order, please note that verification of your payment method is necessary to ensure that payments are authorized by the cardholder. If your payment is incomplete or rejected by our system, we will contact you. This verification may delay the shipment of your order if a timely response is not given. If a response is not given to our inquiries, the order will be cancelled within a 48 hour period of first contact.
