Tracking Your Order
If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and finding your order in either your dashboard or by clicking “My Orders”. If your order states “Pending” or "Processing", your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse. If your order states “Complete”, you will see a delivery tracking number.
If you do not have an account, please contact our customer service team by calling us at 951-674-4444. We will be happy to provide you with your order status or tracking number. To better help us assist you, please have your order number and last name on the order ready.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately, as we process and ship orders quickly. Once your order status states "processing" we are unable to make any changes or revisions.
